The company is not very big and the processes can easily be overlooked. You primarily need a system where you and the company's other employees can collect and share data.
We open up for a solution and help import your master data. We review the system online with you, after which you are self-propelled with the support of our many instructional guides.
Together with you, we agree upon goals and plan for a process that ensures that within 8 to 12 weeks, the solution is deployed.
The items in the starter kit will consist of best practice-based automated workflows for on and offboarding, employee appraisals , salary/status interviews etc. - all customized to your organization.
We will visit you a few times in the period in which we in workshop form, together will make the choices about the structure, build up the system while you i the process will acquire the 'ownership' to the solution.

Together, we will prepare a plan with a gradual deployment, consisting of system design, integrations, custom-made automated workflows and training of key users to ensure that the rollout of the 1st stage can take place within 12-16 weeks.
